SSH-Series Vertical Panel Saws

  • Ideal for sign makers, thermoformers, plastic distributors or anyone who uses sheet plastic.
  • Vertical positioning for panels— allows single person operation and requires less floor space.
  • Positioning of the saw blade— no casual operator contact, much safer than other methods of panel sawing.
  • Industrial-duty motors— powerful enough for tough cutting requirements on many materials. Cuts material up to 1¾ thick.
  • Unique bearing & guide system— provides precise straight and square cuts. Accuracy of 1/32.
  • Rugged construction provides durable long-term service.
  • Built-in rulers.
  • Simple controls allow for operation with a minimum of training.
  • Uses 8" diameter saw blades.

Hold Down Bar
Keeps thin and flexible materials firmly against the machine frame for safe and accurate cutting.
Quick Stop Gauge
Promotes quick set up for repeat cuts. The S4/S5 and H-Series comes with a 5’ long extrusion with a recessed ruler and an adjustable stop block. The H-Series can be upgraded to 8’ long.
Backer Board
Helps support cutting thin and flexible material while using either the saw motor or knife cutter. Also shows exactly where the cut will start on your workpiece.
Stand
Allows the machine to free stand anywhere in your shop. The C4 stand folds for easy storage and transport while the H-Series are fixed.
Sign Makers Blade
A good quality general-purpose blade for cutting a wide range of plastic material.
