Our Heavy Duty Thermal Impulse Long Line Sealers are industrial quality machines constructed from welded steel. These Horizontal open back feed thru sealers are pneumatically powered and calculated to provide an airtight/watertight seal. Material can be introduced from front-to-back or side-to-side.
The HFS Series of pneumatically operated thermal impulse sealers are suitable for a wide variety of applications and is available in seal lengths from 26 in. (66.04 cm) up to 300 in. (762 cm). 1/4" (6.35 mm) wide heating elements are standard but other widths, seal and cut, or dual heating elements are available. The open-back C frame design allows for material feeding from multiple angles to accommodate various setups. It features an industrial grade powder-coated welded steel frame with swivel casters and leveling pads for easy movement. The 6 in. (15.24 cm) work area in front of the seal bars allow for product adjustment before the seal.
Dual digital timers and an electronic pressure regulator come standard on the HFS Series to allow for easier and more accurate, precise seal settings. The optional 4.3" or 5.6" touchscreen controller features password protected seal settings, I/O screen for easy troubleshooting, and a cycle counter. It is equipped with a low-pressure safety descent and multiple emergency stops. The machine has a foot pedal activator but is also available with a two-hand control. It can be validated for a wide variety of medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Sealers are available as standard thermal impulse, with nozzle retraction vacuum system or with repeatable and verifiable controls for medical or specialty applications.
