HSK 250 Manual Butt-Welding Machine

Mobile plastic welding machine for the heating element butt welding of pipes and fittings according to DVS 2208.

The Manual Hydraulic Series of butt-welding machines in the new White Line generation makes a statement by its superior manufacturing quality and its scalability in the form of an easy upgrade to a data logging-enabled machine with the installation of an SPG 2.0 data logger for welding report generation.

The machine ships with a hydraulic unit that features, as a unique fi rst, a totally integrated enclosure that also is a splash and dirt shield for all components on the inside. The front panel controls, too, are included in the ingress protection according to the IP 54 rating (where IP 64 is possible upon request).

All connections, including an additional power socket free to use for the operator’s convenience, are located at the back of the controller. Both the facing tool and the heating element are also connected at the back panel of the hydraulic controller. Therefore, no additional power distribution unit is needed.

Features:  160 mm. Butt welding machine for welding of plastic pipes and fittings with welding pressure up to 800 N. Supplied including reductions and pipe supports. Clamping jaws can be turned 15 °, which can be used for the manufacture of segment bends. Quick installation of half reduction with 2 large thumbscrews.

Heating element: 230V 900W with rotary knob for temperature and red + green diode. Planer with safety switch and lock and reversible knives

Weight exclusive of table 73 lbs (33 kg). For welding of pipes Ø 32 – 40-50 – 63-75 – 90-110 – 125-160 mm. Complete package includes stand with box for reductions.
