EasyWeld Mobile Butt Welder

Abbeon’s Exciting NEW EasyWeld 110 Butt Welder Mobile Welding System is a plastic welding machine for butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings from OD 20 to OD 110 mm. The basic machine has two large aluminum basic clamping tools which can swivel up to 15° on each side for the fabrication of segmented bends.

The machine is ideally suited for use in the pipeline system and for installation work because of its light and compact construction and horizontal and vertical motion. In stationary use, the machine can be fixed in a vice or at table support. A compact manual planer is operated by means of a ratchet. The electronically controlled Teflon coated heat plate, in accordance with DVS 2208 (220 V/600 W), has a working diameter of 140 mm. An indicator light confirms temperature settings have been reached on the Teflon coated heat plate. A steel carrying case protects and stores the machine.
