ABMD135 4 foot Automatic Bending Machine
The ABMD135 foot pedal activated machine is easy-to-operate and a very productive automatic bending machines. This 4.4 ft (135cm) wide plastic bending machine will quickly heat and the automatically make either single or dual bends in plastic sheets up to 6mm (approx. 1/4 inch) thick. A vacuum system, holds sheets into place during heating, bending and cooling. During the cooling process, cold air is blown onto the bent parts to increase the production speed.

Set the angle of the bend with the protractor. The durable Trespa® table top is provided with an adjustable stop.
The machine is provided with:
- 2 adjustable heating profiles in the top and 2 profiles in the bottom with 4 digital temperature controllers.
- 2 vacuum systems to hold the material into place together with 2 clamping bars in the top frame.
- 1 Digital timer and foot switch to control the complete bending cycle.
- Cold air system to speed up the cooling process.
- Linear positioning system of the front heating profile, vacuum system and bending bar.
- The option to turn of 1 heating-, bending- and cooling-line to make a production with a single bent.
- 4 protractors to set the exact angle of each bend.
- Durable Trespa table surface with a back stop.
- Wheels and brakes to easily move the machine around when needed.
Optional: Teflon coated foil bending profiles can be mounted in the top heating profiles to heat materials by contact. For thin sheets or foamed PVC sheets.
