ARX92 Series Tubular Webbing and Sleeving Cutter
The ARX92 (Series) is a special-purpose industrial Hot Knife designed for pneumatically cutting tubular woven and knitted synthetic webbings and sleeving.
The unique knife and anvil system will cut, seal and OPEN the ends of tubular materials automatically during the cutting cycle. Quick-change spreader tooling is available for cutting materials of various thickness. It may also be switched for use as a conventional hot knife to cut non-tubular webbings and fabrics.Will melt and seal all types of synthetics, including nylon, polypropylene & polyester sleeving; also ribbon, webbing, and hook & loop.
To operate, slide the material to length through the opening and step on the foot pedal.

5” (13cm) hot knife/digital control, 120V. Will cut and seal tubular and flat materials up to 5” (130mm) wide using a digital temperature control and pneumatic foot pedal.
ARX92SCTTK 5” (13cm) hot knife w/dwell timer, 120V. Will cut and seal tubular and flat materials up to 5” (130mm) wide using a digital temperature control with adjustable dwell timer.
All models include a foot pedal and built-in exhaust fan for fumes which must be vented when in use.
All models of the ARX92 may be configured to feed from right-to-left or left-to-right. Internal tooling may be removed to convert this machine into a standard hot knife pneumatic webbing cutter.
