ARX200 Automatic Pneumatic Strip Cutting Machine
The ARX200 is a Modular version of our ARX100. It is a rugged, high-production, factory use, fully automatic, configurable, modular strip cutting machine. It is Configured to YOUR requirements. Modular to grow and adapt with YOUR business. Solid heavy-gauge steel chassis and durable aluminum framed cut modules mean these machines will run for many years.
Interchangeable 'drop-in' cutting modules make the ARX200 a versatile HOT and COLD cutting system.

Common configurable features of this cutting machine include:
- Cutting module: size, shape and type of knife (hot, cold, straight, angle, pinking, shaped, etc.)
- Feed direction: left to right (E), or right to left (W) or remote (R) Choose which direction best fits your workspace
- Voltage requirements: (120V or 230V) including the power plug for use in any country
- User interface: Standard color touchscreen or optional iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod) control w/free app.
- Add-on Options: integrated hot foil marking device, photocell registration sensor, or hole punching device (cold).
- Hot knife models use a heated knife to melt and seal synthetic materials; Guillotine models use a scissor type knife to cut cold and will not seal the ends.
Available with either hot or cold cutting modules, this machine is designed for accurately measuring and cutting webbing, hook & loop, seatbelt & elastics up to 5” (130mm) wide hot, or 6” (150mm) cold.
ARX200
Length units may be programmed in either millimeters, centimeters, or decimal inches or yards. Pneumatic cutting modules are interchangeable and many different types are available.
Common to all models is a color touchscreen control panel for ease of use and troubleshooting. This machine can still be custom configured to your requirements, depending upon the material to be cut, the direction of feed, and the type of cutting required.

Several Common Models: (Machines are configurable)
ARX200SCL: This is a general purpose hot knife strip cutter. It is equipped to cut up to 5" / 130mm wide with a pneumatically operated knife. Standard features include a digital heat controller, built-in fume exhaust unit, adjustable knife speed, and motor speed controls, auto-reverse function (prevents material from sticking to the knife), and batch-cut function.
ARX200GSL: Automatic 6"/150mm Guillotine Strip Cutter
. A fully automatic hot knife strip cutting machine. It will measure and cut almost any type of synthetic material, from thin ribbon to heavy webbing, using a pneumatically operated heavy-duty guillotine (scissor cut). Ideal for hook & loop, film, strap, wire, cord, tubing, foam, and natural fiber materials that do not melt.

ARX200AC3: Automatic Strip Cutter with
Manual Adjustable-Angle 3"/76mm Hot Knife
. A fully automatic, pneumatically operated hot knife with manual adjustable angle. The 3"/76mm knife will cut up to 2" /52mm wide @ a 45° angle. Maximum swing is 90° (45° in each direction). Measure to length and cut straight, or angled ends. Angle setting is easily changed by moving the locking lever on top of the cutting module. An exhaust fan is built into the machine for exhausting the fumes created by the melting of the materials being cut.
ARX200ASL: Automatic Strip Cutter with
Automatic Alternating-Angle 5"/130mm Hot Knife
. A fully automatic, pneumatically operated hot knife with adjustable auto alternating angle. The 5"/130mm knife will cut up to 3.5" /90mm wide @ a 45° angle. Maximum swing is 90° (45° in each direction). Measure to length and cut straight, angled, or combination with simple controls. An exhaust fan is built into the machine case for exhausting the fumes created by the
melting of the materials being cut.
