ARX240 Heavy Duty Auto Pneumatic Strip Cuttiers
The ARX240 is a Heavy Duty general purpose and configurable Automatic Pneumatic Strip Cutting Machine.
This model has a stronger motor and bigger rollers than the ARX100/ARX200 series.
MADE IN THE USA!
A unique option is the ability to cut, seal and OPEN the ends of tubular materials automatically during the cutting cycle. Quick-change spreader tooling is available for cutting materials of various thickness.
Common configurable features of this cutting machine include:
- Cutting module: Size, shape and type of knife hot (-SCL), cold (-GSL), tubular (-SCT) straight, angle, pinking, shaped, etc.)
- Feed direction: Left to right (E), or right to left (W)
- Heavy-duty: (ARX-240) for ribbon and most webbings.
- Voltage requirements: (120V or 230V) including the power plug for use in any country
Available with either hot or cold cutting modules, this machine is designed for accurately measuring and cutting webbing, hook & loop, seatbelt & elastics up to 5” (130mm) wide hot, or 6” (150mm) cold.

Length units may be programmed in either millimeters, centimeters, or decimal inches or yards. Pneumatic cutting modules are interchangeable and many different types are available.
Common to all models is a color touchscreen control panel for ease of use and troubleshooting. This machine can still be custom configured to your requirements, depending upon the material to be cut, the direction of feed, and the type of cutting required.

ARX240SCLDEK: This model is a general purpose and configurable Strip Cutting Machine made in the USA. Its flexible, configurable design means it may be equipped to cut hot or cold by simply changing the pneumatic cutting module.
ARX240SCTDEK: This unique machine is designed to automatically measure, cut, seal, and open the ends of tubular webbing and sleeving up to 5" (130mm) wide. The specially designed tooling allows many types and sizes of tubular webbing to be accurately cut with a minimum length of 4".
ARX240GSLXWK: 6”/150mm auto guillotine, 120V Automatic strip cutter with 6”/150mm guillotine (GSL) with left feed direction (W) and 120V USA power plug (K).
ARX240AH3UEK: 5”/130mm ultrasonic knife, 120V Automatic ultrasonic strip cutter with 3”/76mm ultrasonic knife for cutting and sealing (AH3) 900W 120V ultrasonic generator.
ARX240ASLDEK: 5”/130mm auto angle hot knife, 120V Automatic hot knife strip cutter with 5”/130mm alternating angle hot knife (ASL) with digital/PID temperature control (D), 120V power plug.
